How to Get Started
To initiate services, FCM will need to download current pipeline information in either an Excel or Access format. We have worked with numerous mortgage banking software packages over the years and, as a result, will be able to counsel you on how to manipulate the relevant data to the appropriate format. Typically, it takes no longer than two business days to map your data to our system so that we can begin the risk management process.
FCM also will need to establish relationships for you with brokers dealing in the mortgage backed securities markets. To accomplish this, we will need a copy of recent financial results. FCM maintains strong relationships with a number of different brokerage houses and will be happy to introduce you to them. We also will abide by any existing relationships that you may prefer to use. Our goal is simply to ensure that you are getting the best pricing for your transactions.
